8 cups Golden Grahams cereal (13 oz box)
1 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
6 cups mini marshmallows (10 oz bag)
5 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. light corn syrup
Melt FIVE cups marshmallows (reserving 1 cup), chocolate chips, margarine and corn syrup in pan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour cereal into large bowl. Pour marshmallows mixture over cereal; stir until evenly coated. Stir in remaining marshmallows. Press mixture into buttered 9x13 pan. (I sprinkle the 1 cup of marshmallows over the top and press them into the cereal mixture.)Cool at least 1 hour or until firm. Cut into bars. Store at room temperature.
