Cinnamon Cream Syrup

This is a yummy syrup that Kim introduced us too. Tyler is my breakfast boy and he LOVES it! We serve this over pancakes, waffles, and french toast.

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. water
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk

In a saucepan, combine the first four ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir for 2 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and stir in evaporated milk. Mmmmm! Store leftovers in the fridge, if there are any!!
