Porcupine Meat Balls

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped small
1/4 cup onion, chopped small
2 cans tomato soup
1 cup water

Combine hamburger, rice, salt, pepper, green pepper and
onion. Shape into small balls and plave in bottom of 13x9 pan.
Comine tomato soup and water, pour over meatballs.
Bake for 1 hour in 350 oven.
