Easy Chicken Pot Pie

This recipe is on the Bisquick box. I love it because it is quick, easy, and good!

1 2/3 c. frozen mixed veggies, thawed
1 c. cooked chicken, cut up or shredded
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. original bisquick
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Heat oven to 400*F. Mix veggies, chicken and soup in un-greased 9" pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 30 min. or until golden brown.
