Red Stuff n' Noodles

This recipe is from my favorite author, Marcia Lynn McClure!! Sooo good!!

2 lbs Stew Meat or Roast, cut into bite-size pieces.
1 large Onion, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
2-3 cups Water
1-2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
¾ cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup of Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons Paprika
2 Dashes of Cayenne Pepper
Extra Wide Egg Noodles

1. Melt butter in electric skillet and brown meat over medium heat.
2. Add onion and sauté until tender.
3. Add remaining ingredients (except noodles) and cover. Simmer for 1-2 hours until meat is tender and sauce is thick.
4. Serve over hot noodles!
