Crepes

Another favorite growing up. We like to top them with homemade strawberry or raspberry freezer jam and whipped cream. (It's not the healthiest "dinner", but one that we all enjoy once in awhile!)

1 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt

In a bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, oil, and salt. Beat until blended. Heat a greased skillet. Pour small amount of batter (approx. 1/2 cup) into skillet. Tilt skillet to spread batter evenly. Return to heat. Brown crepes on both sides. Top with desired toppings.

  1. It is yummy to add a little vanilla in the batter too. Mmmm, crepes!!
