This is a recipe from Good Things Utah Ingredients: 1 Onion – Chopped 2 7 oz. cans diced green chilies Add remaining ingredients to pot and let simmer on low for 1 to 2 hours. It will reduce down and the pork should break down and be very soft. Seasonings can be adjusted to taste as needed. |
