Ham and Cheese Meatloaf

I combined parts of different meatloaf recipes to create this one! This is so easy, but looks like you spent so much time on it. It is so moist and yummy. Enjoy!!

2 lb. hamburger
minced garlic, salt, pepper and oregano
1 small can tomato sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
thinly sliced ham
sliced mozzarella cheese

*Sauce:
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Mix hamburger, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, tomato sauce, bread crumbs, and eggs together. Roll out onto a sheet of waxed paper into a 12x10 in. rectangle. Place sliced ham and cheese on meat mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll and place on a cookie sheet. Press a well down the top center of the meatloaf to hold the sauce.
Mix the sauce and pour over top of meatloaf. Bake at 350 deg. for 1 hr or until done.
