3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
small pkg. strawberry (raspberry or peach) jello
Fresh sliced strawberries (raspberries or sliced peaches)
Mix cornstarch and sugar together. Add the water. Bring
to a boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add
jello and stir well.
Put fresh fruit in a baked pie shell or graham cracker crust.
Pour mixture over the top of fruit. Refrigerate until set.
Serve with whipped topping.
