Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls

Mmmmm! These are heaven all rolled up in a delicious cinnamon roll. The kids request these ALL the time! This recipe was given to me by my friend, Brittany.

I use a bread machine, but you can still make these with your mixer if you don't have a bread machine. The bread machine just makes it sooo easy!

Place in bread machine in order listed and run through on the dough cycle:
1 c. warm milk (105-110*F)
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. yeast

Filling:
1/3 c. softened margarine or butter
cinnamon/sugar mixture (I don't measure, just mix it together)

Cream Cheese Icing:
8 tbsp. softened margarine or butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c (2 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

After your dough is done in the bread machine, punch it down and roll out into a rectangle. Brush with softened margarine and then sprinkle generously with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Roll up longwise. Cut into rolls with string or dental floss and place rolls on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350* for 15 minutes or until brown around the edges. The dough does not need to rise a second time. While baking, beat together the icing ingredients and spread generously on each roll. I like to do that when they are still warm, but not hot, or it will melt and run right off. Then I like to sprinkle a little cinnamon/sugar on top of the frosting. Enjoy!!
