This is Kendall's favorite and one that he requests often!
1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli
4-5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup raisins
1 cup sunflower seeds**
1/4 cup diced red onions
optional: shredded cheese, chopped fresh mushrooms
3-4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup mayo (NOT Miracle Whip)
1 Tbsp. vinegar
(You can double sauce if needed, depending on amount of broccoli used)
Blend mayo, sugar and vinegar. Add to other ingredients.(**Wait to add sunflower seeds right before serving!) Toss and refrigerate.
