Scrum-dittily-umpcious!! I think the whole family loves this one!!
4 chicken breasts
corn starch
eggs
Sauce:
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Cut up chicken breasts into chunks. Beat an egg in one bowl and put corn starch in another. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and then roll in corn starch. Brown in oil in fry pan. Put in shallow cookie sheet lined with foil. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 325* for one hour, stirring chicken every fifteen minutes. Goes great with fried rice!
