Spring Rolls

1 head cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, shredded
1 onion, chopped fine
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Egg Roll Skins
soy sauce

Cook hamburger and onion; drain. add shredded cabbage and carrots to hamburger. Add soy sauce and seasonings. Cook a few minutes until tender. Put a couple spoonfuls in an egg roll skin; roll it up; seal edges with a dab of water. Fry in oil until light brown. Drain on paper towels.

  1. I made these a while back and shared with our neighbors. They loved them and asked what I was bringing for dinner the next night!
