Easy Peasy Italian Salad

This is an easy pasta dish that is always requested at family gatherings, especially on Thad's side.

1 pkg. tri-color rotini pasta (the one color works, but this is prettier) :)
1 lg. bottle zesty italian salad dressing
cheese, cut in little cubes
parmesan cheese

Cook the noodles according to package directions. Transfer to strainer and rinse under cold water to cool down the noodles. Transfer to large bowl and pour italian dressing over the noodles. Add cheese cubes, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Stir. Sprinkle with more parmesan cheese right before serving. Also, make sure that you stir the pasta right before serving if you don't serve it right away, as the italian dressing will settle to the bottom and the noodles will be dry. Soo good, and soooo easy peasy!!! You can also add veggies to this, or pepperoni, etc. April has even cut up string cheese and put in there instead of the regular cheese and that was super yummy too. A fun dish to experiment with.
