Hawaiian B-fast Stacks

Yet another delicious Hungry Girl recipe (from "Hungry Girl: 300 Under 300" cookbook)! This is a yummy new breakfast fave....

1 light english muffin
1 Tbsp fat free cream cheese
1 tsp dijonnaise
2 slices canadian bacon
2 pineapple rings, packed in juice, drained
2 Tbsp fruity tomato-based salsa (I use Walmart's Great Value Pineapple Peach Chipotle Salsa-YUM!)

Split english muffin into halves and plate with the inside facing upward. Spread evenly with cream cheese followed by dijonnaise.
Top each english muffin half with one slice of canadian bacon followed by one pineapple ring. Finish each off with a tablespoon of salsa and enjoy!

Makes 1 serving.

** Mine comes to 6 PPV per serving (2 halves)
