Stuffed Pepper Casserole

This is good, there`s not so-o much green pepper















1 lb. ground beef
2 green peppers, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced (or 3 tsp. minced garlic)
2 cups cooked long grain rice
1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Heat oven to 350

Brown meat with peppers and garlic in large skillet; drain.
Stir in rice, spaghetti sauce and 3/4 cup of shredded cheese.
Put onto a 2 qt. casserole dish; top with remaining shredded cheese.

Bake 25 minutes
